Brand new thinking is coming. not only is it needed for us to move smoothly into the next era of human evolution, it is emerging naturally as we raise our consciousness.

In no particular order, here are some things that might be helpful for us all to consider if we are to evolve smoothly out of the old (hierarchical) epoch and into the new (community oriented) one.  Please feel free to share.

Creativity

Creativity, without malicious intention, is spirituality in action.  The act of creating connects us to the right hemisphere of our brains, which is a vastly wise, the intuitive balance to the left hemisphere, which is logical and deductive.  The presence and mindfulness required in creativity can be meditative and induce a state of ‘flow’, which is a form of spiritual stillness (profundity).

Equality

The life-force that makes a flower grow is the same life-force that is in us.  The uniformity of this energy is ubiquitous and it bonds us all as equals.  We are all equal in our varied, multi-faceted ways.  We are all valuable parts, belonging to the same ecosystem.

Life-force is Love

Ultimately, we realise that the energy that comes out of the ground that makes plants grow, that pulsates through all of life-force, is love.  When we complete our healing and get into alignment with our higher selves, or our multi-lifetime identity, we realise that we are this eternal life-force (spirit) and that that energy in its purest form is love.  And that this life-force is teeming on this planet (and elsewhere) and that all of it is precious.

“Life-force is love. The energy that comes out of the ground that makes plants grow, that pulsates through all of life-force, is love.”

Energy

Energetics are a cleaner read for what is real than any other measure.  What someone says or does is not as accurate a read on who they are, as the energy in their energy body.  The same is true for everything else as well.

Take Nothing Personally

Ownership of self means not taking anything personally.  Nothing is personal, how could it be?  Projection of someone’s unwanted wounds onto other people is a form of destruction that has more to do with that person not wanting to feel the unpleasant feelings of their wounds, than it has to do with the other person being dumped upon.  When we realise this, we stop getting hurt because we see that what is going on has nothing to do with us.  Instead, it is entirely the other person’s incapacity to process their own wounds.

Ted Lasso

Ted Lasso was the greatest television programme of our generation (and Season 4 is coming!!).  Easily, hands down, no contest.  As a three-season treatise in how to recover from the ill-effects of the last epoch of ‘Me’, Ted Lasso taught us how to become a community again.  LOVE it.

Healing

Healing is usually more about removing that which we are not, than adding anything.  We are burdened by personal wounds, ego, poor mental discipline, possession illness, group trauma and ancestral wounding.  Taking these away helps us to be who we really are and to reach for our potential.  When we remove all that, and are committed to our potential in a way that gives meaning, we shine.  And we stand in our power and our bliss.  This is our inherent right as human beings.  This is where we’re going in this new epoch.  Woohoo!!

“When we remove all that we are not, and are committed to our potential in a way that gives meaning, we shine.  And we stand in our power and our bliss.  This is our inherent right as human beings.”

Silence is Violence

Not speaking up against injustice anywhere is complicity.  What is happening in the Middle East is the unconscionable war of our age.  Global public opinion changed from it being a “tolerated” next level “Mow The Lawn” situation, to being a despised level of horrific injustice.  The ‘Mow The Lawn’ policy is where Israeli Defence Forces at the behest of the Israeli Government murder a significant number of Palestinian civilians every few years as a method of ‘managing’ the issue of Guerrilla warfare that arose as a direct result of the root causes of conflict, which are occupation, poverty, civil rights violations and political disenfranchisement.

The Old Epoch Harmed Us All

The old epoch harmed all of us, even those who were powerful.  The old epoch harmed not just women and children, gay people and anyone considered ‘less than’ in the WASP, male, straight, moneyed, single, childless, able-bodied “best norm”, but it removed everyone from their true selves and taught us to desecrate the Sacred Feminine within.  How can we find our spiritual path if we deny ourselves that?  It also led to world wars, might makes right and ‘power-over’.  Thankfully, because we’re seeing the last of that ‘strongman politics’ playing out in such a hateful display on the world stage, the vast majority of global public opinion is abhorred and demanding change.  This is a big part of how we will transition out of the old and into the new.

Loneliness

All loneliness is separation from our divinity and from oneself. The ‘motherless child’, the widowed, the orphaned, the ‘empty nester’, the neglected and abused.  These are all traumas incurred when a person believes themselves to be ‘less than’ whole.  We aren’t fragmented or broken, we are perfect in our imperfection.  We are lonely for ourselves in our highest available state.  Unless we heal that untruth, we will believe it and that belief will play into our lives and attracts others who will reinforce that untruth in our lives for us.  And the cycle will continue.

“All loneliness is separation

from our divinity

and from oneself.”

Identity

If you’re starting on your healing journey, the first question to ask yourself is ‘Who Am I?’  The bedrock of healing is to ‘know thyself’.

Dehumanising the ‘Other’

Frederick Douglass once said that the souls of slaveholders became “withered” the longer they held those slaves.  He said that previously kind-hearted persons who “owned” slaves, turned vicious the longer they kept that inhuman dynamic going on their homestead.  The reason for that is that in order to continue that inhumanity and retain sanity, the slave-holder had to dehumanise someone, and it is easier to dehumanise your victim than it is to dehumanise yourself, even when it is you who is acting in an inhuman way.  We are all heroes in our own narrative, whether that is true or not.  We need to see this.

“Frederick Douglass once said that the souls of slaveholders became “withered” the longer they held those slaves.”

Spirits

Spirits are real.  When the physical body deteriorates and dies, the spirit lives on in another realm and we have nothing to fear from death.  Emmanuel Swedenborg, scientist, philosopher and mystic, decreed that life after death was whatever we preferred, with some choosing a higher frequency existence (heaven) and some preferring a debased, gnarly existence of depravation where remorse and reparation were unnecessary (hell).  We choose what we prefer based upon what we love, and so we get what we want after death.  There is no judgement, there are only the choices that we make for ourselves.

Trees

Trees are noble beings that often live in families with each other and they speak really slowly.  In a forest, you can see the first tree of a family that grew, and near it the second one that grew alongside it and the smaller trees of that same family.  Trees are slow-growing, high-resonance beings that communicate with each other and with us, if we tune into them.  They also represent the before and after, the evolution of dark into the light and the unconditional love of the universe.  Noble beings, indeed.

“Trees are slow-growing,

high-resonance beings that communicate with each other

and with us, if we tune into them.

War versus Living Things

Lord of the Rings was an analogy that is being replicated in our times.  J. R. R. Tolkien wrote the first of the instalments of the series in 1939, just before the outbreak of World War Two.  His understanding of the mindlessness of war (Orcs) and the beauty and sacredness of all beings who revere “living things” (Gandalf, Hobbits and those who supported those who lived in the Shire), reflected a greater understanding of the trials that afflict human beings.  The nazi energy that raged in the 1930’s and ’40’s never went away.  It is alive and well and fully functioning in the United States Republican Party, and all persons that blindly support the genocide going on in the Middle East now.

‘Good’ and ‘Bad’

‘Good’ and ‘bad’ are parts of a ‘duality’ that is relative and only exists in the third dimension.  Lower than 3D and there are sub-atomic particles and straight lines.  Above 3D, there is 4D of time and abstract.  5D is divine.  We are living in a physical reality that is here to slow things down, and help us to test things out and see how we want to identify.  That is all.

Evolution

The purpose of life is to evolve.  That means to evolve physically (capacity to exist well/healthy in this realm), mentally (control the mind so it does not control us), emotionally (to be trauma-informed and healthy) and, especially, spiritually (morally).  The more we evolve, the higher our energetic frequency.

Happiness

The higher your energetic frequency, the happier you are.  Slow energetic frequencies are associated with devolution and depression, ‘me-oriented’ thinking and fear.  Higher energetic frequencies are associated with evolution and elevation, ‘we-oriented’ thinking, inclusion and love.  The higher you go, the more you align with your true self (truth) and with your potential.  And the happier you become.  “The truth shall set you free.  But first, it will piss you off.” — Psychologist Dr Sharon in Ted Lasso.

Evil

What is evil? ’Evil’, in Aramaic, literally translates as “unripe”.  This is true as an analogy and as a literal truth.  Evil is under-evolved.  That is all.  It likes what it is doing and it’s allowed to do it (free will).  It will stop doing it when it realises that it is actually suffering and it chooses to stop suffering.

Apocalypse

‘Apocalypse’ is from the Greek, meaning “to reveal” (Revelations).  Nothing is hidden at this time.  Everything is being revealed now.  We see the true intentions of everything that has gone before and of what is happening now.

Gratitude

Gratitude has a higher energetic resonance than love.  Love is good, gratitude is better; love connects us with life, gratitude connects us with Source.

The Goldilocks Theory

The Goldilocks Theory in astronomy, when looking for extraterrestrial life on other planets, is human-centric only and therefore flawed.  What if other life-forms don’t exist in the corporeal realm (energetic only, like many do here)?  What if they don’t need water?  What if they have completely different make-ups to humans?  Because we think that life exists everywhere like it does on earth, we think therefore that life cannot exist elsewhere.  This is patently wrong.  Life is teeming, everywhere, whether we detect it or not.

Best They Can Do

Everybody is doing the very best that they can do, with what they have (even narcissists, paedophiles and murderers).  It’s all relative.

Boundaries

Having pristine boundaries is a form of self-respect.  Not taking on other people’s stuff, not projecting your stuff, reduces the ‘drama’ in your life and speaks to how ‘worthy’ you believe yourself to be.  Essential, for a kinder life.

We Will Get There Eventually

It’s inevitable.  Happily, way more progress has been made than we’ve been publicly told about.. healing and equality doesn’t drive the news feed, so we’re not told about it in the media, but progress is happening.  The issue is not if we will evolve, but when.  The ‘if’ part is guaranteed.  The ‘when’ part is dependant upon how much work we do collectively to make it all happen.  Let’s all contribute to this wonderful healing of humanity.

Good luck!
